With over fifteen years of experience writing for publication, I am a seasoned communications professional who specializes in writing for target audiences.

A former journalist, I have written in a professional capacity for clients in the legal, educational, and cultural sectors where my work forged connections between these organizations and high-end clients, potential donors, and the public-at-large.

I’ve been in the digital marketing space for since 2002 and I’ve built and managed numerous blogs, newsletters, and websites in my professional career.

With formal training in website development, graphic design, and digital marketing, I have spearheaded digital initiatives for several academic organizations and delivered online and social media content for organizations in the professional services and non-profit sectors.

My professional background is complemented by advanced university training in communication theory, sociology, and ancient languages, including work at the PhD level.

With a extensive knowledge of ancient Greek and Latin, I’ve published my award-winning academic research on the intersection of religion and identity in antiquity in peer-reviewed journals and presented my work at several conferences, including the top conference in my field, the Annual Meeting of the Society for Classical Studies.

Equally comfortable in front of the podium or behind the microphone, I’ve presented at national and international conferences, including some of the top conferences in my field, and I’ve been featured in university promotional videos.
