In this role, I manage all aspects of the firm’s digital profile, including website management, digital asset creation (including social media cards, advertisements for industry publications, and digital brochures), and social media posts and calendars.
Notably, I overhauled our social media channels and online identity by designing graphic assets in Adobe Creative Suite that aligned with the firm’s brand voice and desired market positioning. I also implemented social media calendars with an eye towards strategic execution that boosted engagement 950% and significantly increased business inquires as a result of greater overall brand awareness.

In this role I managed the production of four practice-area specific blogs and practice-area “Insights” by developing media calendars and strategically launching content. In addition, I oversaw the production of podcasts; project managed client-facing guides and capability pieces; and researched and authored reports on website performance, online engagement, and industry trends in order to identify business development opportunities.

As director of NSEA, I built our network’s online presence form the ground up. This included developing a comprehensive website of over 400 resources using WordPress CMS with customized CSS stylesheets. In addition to website development, I authored and curated content for our community and determined our organizational tone, publishing standards, and overall visual aesthetic. I also managed our social media profile; our Twitter account had around 900 followers when I left the organization in 2019.
