  1. Your links always take me down the rabbit hole so to speak. In the one about HuffPro’s History of the Occult was a link i not seen at Wiki before on Magical organizations which led me to the Fraternity of Light and back to a link i had explored before on the Alpha et Omega lodge of the G.’.D.’. In my three hand copied Books of Shadows from my late teacher there is a phrase – “Alpha et Omega. Blessed Be”. The late founder of our coven was Dr Frederick LaMotte Santee and in the bio I have it has him initiated into it at Harvard in 1929, and i see Dion Fortune was initiated ten years earlier in 1919, so i assume it was still active in some form at that time. Always an interesting subject as Wiki quotes Frances King as writing “In 1966 a box with some magical tools of the Order of A+O was found on the beach after the cliff gave way dropping them into the sea; a photograph was published in the Daily Telegraph with a notation that they had belonged to a witch”
